Terms of Use

1. The service
DirtyFred (DirtyFred in Hungarian) is an entertainment, simulated casino game. There is no real-money gambling: no prizes can be won in money or anything convertible to money.
2. Age
For adults 18+ only. By using the app you confirm you are at least 18.
3. Virtual chips and items
- Chips and in-game items (clothes, cars, houses, etc.) are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred.
- Chips bought in the store and starting chips can only be used for play. In the in-game shop only winnings earned in the game can be spent.
- Bought items can be sold back in the game for one third of their price; this gives chips only, never money.
- Each era is a separate game: chips and items stay in that era.
4. Purchases and refunds
Chips are sold via the App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Credited chips are digital content: by confirming a purchase you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the chips are credited.
5. Fair play
Cheating, exploiting bugs, automation, and any attempt to sell or cash out chips or items are prohibited and may lead to suspension or deletion. Roulette results are decided by the server's cryptographic random number generator; the house edge is 1/37 on every bet (European roulette).
6. Play responsibly
The game is for fun. If you feel you spend too much time or money on it, take a break and seek support if needed.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time (Settings → Delete account permanently). All game data, chips and items are permanently removed; no compensation or refund is due.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. It may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or errors. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Changes, governing law
We may amend these terms and will notify you in the app of material changes. Austrian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
